Once a doctor prescribes Serostim® [somatropin (rDNA origin) for injection], patients and their caregivers may gain access to a support system for the Serostim® patient called SeroCareSM. SeroCare's team of understanding, knowledgeable, and compassionate specialists is ready to provide personalized attention with complete confidentiality.

Reimbursement Assistance

Insurance paperwork can be challenging for anyone. A SeroCareSM case manager may assist with the medical reimbursement process for a patient's Serostim® treatment.

Treatment Access

A SeroCareSM case manager may help locate one of the Serono Contracted Pharmacies in your area (or through mail order) that can fill the prescription, so you will always be able to get refills when you need them.

Therapy Support

SeroCare services include:

  • Insurance benefits verifications, including Prior Authorization (PA), exceptions and appeals processes, and information on Medicare Part D.
  • Patient Assistance Program (PAP)
